Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Event
A calm and intentional start to 2026
This event combines the slow magic of Yin Yoga with the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra. Slow dow and relax into the body while also finding inner peace and tranquility through guided meditation.
We will begin with a dive into the creation of a Sankalpa, a special form of intention which is unique to you.
We will then melt into some gentle yin poses to release tension in body and mind. Finishing up with a Yoga Nidra practice where youcan find rest while igniting your Sankalpa for its first use.
Please bring your own mat and a blanket for additional comfort.
There will be three tiers of tickets available.
Supported Tier Tickets: These will be discounted tickets which are for those who struggle to meet their basic needs/have little-to-no expendable income.
Standard tier tickets : this is the standard price for the workshop.
Pay it forward tier tickets: the cost of the workshop plus a little more which goes toward supporting the lower tier tickets.
If you are living in financial comfort this is an opportunity to support the community as well as yourself with your yoga practice.
