Ground yourself in artful nature as we head into a new year! Expressive arts therapist Lorraine Perry and teaching artist Donna Moore incorporate meditation, mindfulness writing, and mandala making, gathering inspiration from Hiroshi Sueyoshi's "Rock Garden" in current exhibition "Cameron Art Museum: The Collection.” We'll visit gallery, center ourselves in meditation, visualize through expressive writing, and create a nature-themed mandala using various toned papers and mixed media.https://cameronartmuseum.org/?post_type=classes_workshops&p=6259&preview=true
