Set within the Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this region is carved deep by the River Dee, creating dramatic valleys, lush rolling hills, rugged ridgelines, waterfalls, and far reaching views across the Berwyn Range. Our hikes take in a mix of high level trails and scenic valley routes, passing hillside chapels, quiet woodlands, and remote countryside, untouched and timeless. Highlights include the iconic Pontcysyllte Aqueduct towering high above the valley floor, and time to explore Llangollen itself with its charming streets, Victoria Promenade, and Riverside Park where the river tumbles beneath the bridge. This is the perfect way to reset, recharge, and start the year strong.
