NEW SHORELINE LOCATION! “7 Spring Sundays” 9:50 AM YOGA in Mission Bay :o)
Relax, become revitalized, and join me for an all-levels yoga class at this beautiful new location on 7 select Sundays this Spring 🧘🏻♀️
🌿 Secured with the City of San Diego, we will meet at Tecolote Shores South in Mission Bay for a peaceful outdoor flow overlooking the shoreline, surrounded by open sky, breezy palm trees, and lush grass.
Open to all ages, but catered to 'big kids' and adults alike, this 50-minute class is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and nature, find your breath, and practice being fully present.
This is an adult-focused class. Little ones are welcome to join quietly alongside you and may enjoy simply being part of the space. If bringing a child, please ensure they are supervised and able to stay safely nearby so the environment remains supportive for everyone. :)
Whether you are brand-new to yoga or have practiced before, we will flow together with options to support and encourage listening to your body. Move at your own pace, tune into your inner voice, and nourish yourself with love and care.
We’ll be on lush grass, overlooking the bay shoreline, underneath gorgeous, breezy palm trees and open sky.

💛 Donation-based class
This is a donation-based class. Suggested donation is $15–$30 via cash or Venmo. Donations are appreciated but never required to attend.

*Please note there is no class held on May 3 - the day before Labor Day, May 10 - Mother's Day, May 24 - the day before Memorial Day, May 29, June 21 - Father's Day.
