French Quarter Encore is a Mardi Gras-themed Duo Tasting Mixer celebrating New Orleans–inspired soulful flavors — served Classic + Vegan side-by-side so everyone can enjoy the same tradition, two ways.
Expect appetizer-size tastings, beautiful mini plating, high-energy Mardi Gras vibes, a photo moment, and a wine fountain flowing all night.
What’s included (all tickets): 6pm-9:30pm

VIP Cocktail Hour (VIP tickets only | 5-6PM):

- Gumbo Duo Cups (classic + vegan)
- Red Beans & Rice + Mini Corn Muffin (classic finish + vegan finish)
- Creamy Creole Pasta Duo (vegan coconut-free) + classic finish option
- Boudin Bites Duo (mild baked turkey sausage boudin + baked mushroom boudin)
Dessert (inherently vegan base):
- Bourbon Bananas Foster over pound cake
- Pecan pralines to take home
- Optional classic distinction add-on: classic whipped cream or ice cream on the side
