French Quarter Encore is a Mardi Gras-themed Duo Tasting Mixer celebrating New Orleans–inspired soulful flavors — served Classic + Vegan side-by-side so everyone can enjoy the same tradition, two ways.
Expect appetizer-size tastings, beautiful mini plating, high-energy Mardi Gras vibes, a photo moment, and a wine fountain flowing all night.
What’s included (all tickets): 7pm-9:30pm

VIP Cocktail Hour (VIP tickets only | 6–7 PM):
VIP guests receive an exclusive take-home bundle: the VIP Krewe Recipe Card Pack, a boxed pecan praline gift, a Bonus Chef Tip Card, and an event-only French Quarter Creole Blend to bring the flavor home.

- Boudin Bites Duo (mild baked turkey sausage boudin + baked mushroom boudin)
Dessert (inherently vegan base):
- Bourbon Bananas Foster over pound cake
