The New Orleans 48 Hour Film Project is back and teams will compete June 12-14 to write, shoot and edit a short film. The winner of Best Film goes to Filmapalooza in March 2027 and is eligible for a spot at the Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner!
The SAG-AFTRA New Orleans Local in cooperation with New Orleans 48HFP city producer Bill Rainey is hosting a mixer for 48HFP teams - or those interested in forming a team - to facilitate networking amongst filmmakers and SAG-AFTRA members. Popcorn and one drink will be provided courtesy of the SAG-AFTRA New Orleans Local.
Anyone can lead a team and SAG-AFTRA members can perform in projects whose team leader has signed the Short Film Agreement, as modified by the 48HFP Rider. Get connected with a team or start your own by attending this mixer.
