This 60-minute sound bath led by Christina Ifurung of Kapwa Healing offers a nurturing space to release, reset, and realign with your intentions under the quiet power of the moon's new cycle.

What to Expect:
🌑 New Moon Intention Setting
We’ll begin by grounding into the reflective, renewing energy of the New Moon—a powerful time to set intentions and invite clarity.

🔊 Immersive Sound Journey
Christina will guide you through a deeply restorative experience using crystal alchemy sound bowls, Koshi chimes, light language, and other healing instruments. These vibrational tools help release energetic blockages and restore balance in the body and mind.

🪷 Stillness & Surrender
You’ll be supported in deep rest as the healing frequencies create a meditative space for stillness, release, and nervous system regulation.

📝 Optional Reflection Time
After the sound bath, enjoy 30 minutes to journal, breathe, or simply rest in community.
