New Moon Sound Bath: Pause, Rest and Reset in Balham, London

🌓 Midweek Rest • Reset • Realign 🌓

This gentle sound bath offers you the chance to step out of the busyness of daily life and into a calm, reflective space. You'll be guided through a relaxing soundscape using instruments like the gong, crystal bowls and chimes - all designed to support rest and nervous system regulation.

No experience needed - just come as you are and leave feeling calm, refreshed and recharged.
Date: Wednesday 17th June 2026
Time: 7pm - 8pm
Location: St Mary and St John The Divine, Balham, London

The aim is to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Please bring:

• A yoga mat to lie on
• A blanket and pillow
• A water bottle

Optional (for extra comfort):

• An additional blanket or duvet
• A bolster, cushion, or rolled-up blanket for under your knees
• An eye mask or eye pillow

Please note: Sound healing is not recommended for women in their first trimester of pregnancy, people with pacemakers or other heart rate abnormalities, or those with sound-induced epilepsy. By booking, you confirm that none of these apply to you.

Sarah has been immersed in music from a young age, playing piano, violin, singing and composing. With over a decade of experience as Head of Music in London prep schools, she brings a calm, grounded and compassionate approach to her sound healing work.

Trained with the Academy of Sound Healing, Sarah weaves together her musical background and therapeutic training to create nurturing sound journeys that support deep rest, nervous-system regulation and reconnection.
