Come and connect in at this month’s sharing circle gathering, where you will be surrounded by sisterhood as you step into the magical realm of my Secret Soul Sanctuary by the woods. It is a safe haven in the heart of London, where I invite you to join me for a sister 'talking stick' /'Red Tent' style sharing circle over a herbal tea.
In a departure from my usual Sistership Circle events, this one will be less curated, more about sharing from your truth in that moment to the group to witness (and not fix). Followed by a 20-30min gong bath, journalling on what you'd like to manifest and what's needed to be released to make this happen. We will then gather round the fire for a short fire release ceremony under the stars by nature (weather permitting) before you make your way home.

Gong Bath information:
I offer a nurturing and balanced journey through both dark and light aspects of our being. In the darkness, when the deep bassey vibrations are felt deep within our bodies, we find a safe space to release pent-up emotions and past traumas, allowing healing to unfold. As the gong's shimmering higher vibrations and overtones lead us towards the light, we experience a sense of peace, renewal, and clarity. The interplay of dark and light within the journey brings emotional catharsis and inner illumination, leaving you with a renewed sense of wholeness and harmony. It's a transformative experience that embraces the entirety of your soul's journey, leading to a deeper connection with your true self. Many participants report coming out of a session with me free of a previous anxiety state, with clarity on issues that they had been stuck on and leaving with a lightness that was not present before for them.
🎶 What is a Gong Journey (also known as ‘Gong Bath’)? 🎶
A Gong Journey or Bath is a unique and ancient form of sound therapy where participants usually lie down and are bathed in the resonant frequencies of gongs and other soothing instruments. The celestial tones wash over you, enveloping your senses, and gently guiding your mind into a state of deep relaxation and brainwaves entrained into a meditation state. The vibrations also work on a cellular level within the body, aiding self healing and repair, releasing tension and promoting a profound sense of peace and harmony within.

Refund policy: All ticket sales are final. Due to the limited tickets available, if you cancel less than 7 days before the event no refund will be due as you maybe have taken a seat that another sister could have booked. On a case by case basis, if you request more than 48 hours before the event, you may be able to transfer your ticket to the following months sister circle, or you are welcome to attend a full moon fire gathering of your choice within 6 months of the original date.
