We begin with Sacred Cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine revered for thousands of years for its ability to support emotional clarity, warmth, and connection. As the cacao gently moves through the body, you will experience a softening of the heart, a sense of inner calm, and a deeper connection to yourself and others. Maryzelle carries this ancestral medicine with lineage roots through her grandmother from El Salvador and her initiation in the Pies Descalzos lineage with Abuela Chicahuaxochitl, honoring a curanderismo tradition that has guided hearts across generations.
With the heart open, you’ll be guided into a gentle meditation to ground the body and quiet the mind. From this peaceful space, the journey deepens into a nourishing Sacred Soundbath guided by Maryzelle, sound therapist, multi-instrumentalist, and multidimensional musician in the Bay Area. With a degree in music and years devoted to the healing arts, she weaves gongs, crystal singing bowls, medicine drum, voice, and other sacred instruments & Music into a living tapestry of vibration.
