About this Event
This session is designed to help you clarify your core values and set mindful intentions for a more aligned life. You will be guided through rounds of Wim Hof style breathwork that can move beyond the surface of the mind and into a more spacious awareness where deeper insight can emerge. The experience concludes with a sound bath meditation to support integration of what has been uncovered.
After registering, you will receive a Core Values Reflection worksheet to continue exploring how to live in greater alignment with what truly matters day-to-day.

Instructor bio:
Franci's work extends beyond simply alleviating stress and inducing deep states of relaxation; it empowers clients to cultivate healthier relationships to life's challenges and live intentionally.
After a decade in retail management and a lifetime of feeling like life was happening to her, Franci stepped out of her comfort zone to explore what it meant to live authentically aligned to her core values.
Embracing the fear of uncertainty, she embarked on six months of solo travel in Asia, volunteering with multiple non-profits, and completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training in India. This journey provided her with profound insights into what brings lasting joy and fulfillment.
Since then, she has studied yoga and pranayama/breathwork from esteemed teachers like Tim Feldman and Richard Freeman. However, her immersive experiences during three visits to India and two visits to Thailand, each lasting a month, is what allowed her to deepen her connection to the meditative aspects of yoga.
Some of her training includes attending three 10-day vipassana courses, completion of a year of Professional Training in the Application of Therapeutic Sound, a Breathwork Teacher Training led by BreathTribe, and an advanced 16-week Mindfulness Mentor Training under the guidance of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
