Join us for a grounding New Moon experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset.We’ll begin with a feel-good vinyasa flow and guided breathwork led by Rachael of High Vibe Yogi to gently open the body and release tension, followed by a guided sound bath with Liz from Vibrant Zen to support deep relaxation and nervous system balance.
This New Moon in Taurus invites you to come back to what feels steady, supportive, and true for you. Through movement, breath, and sound, you’ll create space to reflect, realign, and set intentions rooted in stability and self-trust.

🌅 Time: Sunday, May 17th | 6:30–8:30pm
We will gather in a shaded area of the park and create a comfortable space for practice together.
