About this Event
An evening of devotion, sound, and softening
This month’s New Moon Frequency is devoted to love, tenderness, and the art of receiving.
Through ceremonial cacao, immersive sound, vocal activation, and a rose anointing ritual, we gather to soften the heart and attune to love as a living frequency, within ourselves and in community.
This is a space to rest, be nourished, and remember devotion as something embodied and gentle.
About the facilitators:
Arula is an electronic music producer, vocalist, DJ, and sound healing facilitator whose work ignites the senses and invites deeper connection to self. A visionary artist at the intersection of sound, movement, and ritual, she channels music as a force of transformation; one that dissolves illusion, rekindles ancient wisdom, and reclaims sensual sovereignty.
Her artistry is an invocation, a bridge between the earthly and the ethereal. Through deep, hypnotic soundscapes and embodied expression, she guides listeners into realms of sacred sensuality, divine feminine remembrance, and collective healing. Her songs are more than compositions; they are encoded prayers for the earth, for truth, and for liberation.
Rooted in her own journey of reclamation, Arula’s work supports others in breaking free from conditioned narratives and reconnecting with their authentic voice. She believes music and movement are portals; gateways for exploring duality, transmuting shadow, and accessing untapped creative power. Her voice, haunting and celestial, has drawn comparisons to Kate Bush, FKA Twigs, and Deya Dova, yet remains wholly her own - an instrument of raw, embodied expression.

Maryzelle yōllōcozcatzin is a Salvadoran sound healer, multi instrumentalist, and ceremonial guide based in the Bay Area. Guided by ancestral memory and the living intelligence of the Earth, her work is a weaving of rhythm, voice, drum, cacao, breath, and prayer, creating immersive spaces for remembrance, healing, and return.
Raised within music and shaped by ancestral lineages of Central America, Maryzelle carries sound as medicine. With a BA in Music and training in yoga and somatic practices, she bridges ancient ways with present moment listening. Her offerings are trauma informed, community centered, and rooted in reverence, honoring Indigenous wisdom while meeting the modern world with care.
Maryzelle is also a DJ and an active musician, playing in multiple bands throughout the Bay Area and bringing her love of rhythm and movement into every space she enters. She is the founder and owner of a wellness based practice offering cacao ceremonies, sound healing, curanderismo, breathwork, meditation, and other earth honoring modalities. Through both music and ceremony, her work invites people to slow down, listen deeply, and remember the songs, rhythms, and medicine carried in the body, the land, and the ancestors.
