Tune in to Lunar New Year! Join us for this special two-hour guided visioning experience led by Sarah Cotton Nelson of High Flying Strategy and Jade Johnson, Co-Owner of YAM, designed to help you reflect, reset, and intentionally shape the year ahead—together.
What to Expect:
Hour One – Reflect & Reimagine
We’ll begin with gentle movement, breath, and guided writing prompts to:
✨ Reflect on 2025
✨ Release what no longer serves you
✨ Open yourself to new desires and possibilities for 2026
Hour Two – Create Your Vision
Next, you’ll craft a personal vision board—a visual reminder of what you want to attract and call into your life in 2026 using images, words, color, and intention.
We Provide:
Boards, glue, magazines, markers, and assorted crafting materials
Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets for comfort
Please Bring:
• An open mind and open heart
• An adventurous, curious spirit
• A journal or notebook and pen
• Optional: Any personal crafting supplies you’d like to use or share (including scissors 🙂)
Come dressed for gentle movement and relaxed floor-style lounging on yoga mats.
No need to arrive with a fully formed plan or “Big Hairy Audacious Goal.” Through movement, music, meditation, creativity, and community, we’ll help those intentions take shape—YAM-style.
