✨ Building Intentional Community Circles ✨Join Lisa Joy Meli owner of Frequencies of Wellness located in the lower level of the studio in co-creating space for connection, heart unity, and collective coherence as we explore themes of higher awareness, energetic alignment, and conscious community.

Each circle will include heart coherence practices, guided teachings, group transmissions, and explorations around frequency, resonance, crystals, and energetic alignment. Members will also be invited to share in alignment with the monthly themes.
We will close each gathering with a ceremonial practice followed by a shared blessed sacrament or small potluck.
