This 60-minute class uses gentle, repetitive movement to guide you into a focused, flow-like state- similar to meditation.Class always begins with breath awareness, then moves into a simple series of standing movements repeated in a pattern (with the option to practice seated in a chair), designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself. The session closes with an integrative segment, including optional light journaling and space to share anything meaningful that may have surfaced during your movement meditation.
