Join us on Thursday, February 5th for a fireside chat with Jorie Sax, the leader of Airshop, United Airlines’first innovation lab. The talk will be moderated by Leanne Wagner from the School of Design and will discuss Jorie’s career and experience getting Airshop off the ground.
Tapped in 2021 to launch Airshop, Jorie Sax brings people and technology together to create meaningful impact across the airline. With a mission to accelerate the future, Jorie’s team enables the exploration of emerging technologies and their application to the travel journey for industry disruption, enhanced people experiences, and long-term growth.
Jorie is passionate about infusing emotion and purpose into everyday experiences for impactful change. Having held multifunctional leadership roles across entertainment and lifestyle brands for over 25 years, Jorie is skilled at redefining the way companies run their operations, engage with their customers and instill employee pride.
In her spare time, Jorie donates her talents to non-profits supporting the Armed Forces, medical patients and the critically ill, as well as educational empowerment and career readiness of underprivileged youth.
