About Mikaela:
Mikaela is an experienced People Operations professional, CEO, and leadership coach. Mikaela founded Reverb in 2015 to create a company with the flexible culture she’d always wished for. Mikaela enjoys coaching leaders at all levels and promoting gender equity at work. She’s been quoted in Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal, and Geekwire. She’s served both as a startup advisor and on nonprofit boards. Mikaela has two children, Simon and Sidonie, who are good at challenging the status quo and are a constant source of learning and laughter.
