About this Event
Guided Neurographics Intro Class
Transform emotion through guided free-flow drawing
Learn the foundations of Neurographics and experience the Fear Release process — a creative method supporting emotional integration and new internal pathways through line, movement, and curiosity.
Explore the practice.
Neurographics is a creative method that blends art, psychology, and neuroscience to support emotional transformation through guided free-flow drawing. Using simple lines, colour, and evolving shapes, the process helps shift internal tension, bringing clarity, regulation, and new ways of relating to emotion.
In this introductory experiential creative guided practice, you will learn the background and foundational principles of Neurographics and discover how this visual language allows the brain and nervous system to integrate experience through creative expression.
The focus of this session will be on the Releasing Fear — a guided drawing practice where fear moves onto the page, softens through flow, and opens space for calm, insight, and possibility.
No artistic experience required. This is about exploration and expression, not perfection.
✏️ Paper, pens, and coloured pencils provided. If you have your own sketch pad, paper, pens, and coloured pencils, please bring them.
The line begins on paper — the shift begins within.
Reserve your seat and step from fear into flow.
