After our May 2nd event, so many of you asked for a Soundbath, craving something that feels restorative, grounding, and deeply nourishing so I created an event for you...for us.

Join us for an in-person Soundbath + Mat Stretch experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reset.

This is for you if you’ve been feeling overworked or overstimulated or stuck in your head or tight in your body, or you just need a moment to breathe. Through soothing sound bowls, gentle mat-based stretching and mindful movement, you’ll be guided into a space of calm, release, and full-body restoration.
