About Transformational Breath®
Transformational Breath® is a globally recognised breathwork modality pioneered in the 1970s by Dr. Judith Kravitz and now taught in over 50 countries.
It focuses on three key areas:
- Physical wellbeing
- Emotional and mental balance
- Personal and spiritual growth
The approach combines conscious breathing, sound, gentle movement, and acupressure to open breathing patterns and release held tension.

- Introduction to the method and its benefits
- Breath awareness and analysis demonstration
- Intention-setting guided meditation
- Full guided breathwork journey (with sound, movement & hands on)
- Integration and deep relaxation
- Time to reflect, share, and receive simple practices for daily life
Mats, pillows, and blankets are provided.
Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing.
