Join us for a nurturing two-hour journey of guided breathwork and sound healing, co-facilitated by Natalie Juul and Tobias Dinesen at DoYoga in the heart of Vesterbro.
We will begin the evening with a soft landing and an introduction to the nervous system reset breathwork, helping everyone fully arrive, settle, and prepare for the experience ahead. The session will conclude with a sharing circle to integrate the journey and close the space together.

What to Expect
Breathwork (40 min):
Drop into your body with a guided breathwork session designed to reset and regulate your nervous system. Through conscious breathing, you'll be supported in releasing tension and finding clarity, balance, and calm—physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Sound Bath (40 min):
Following the breathwork, surrender into a deep state of rest with a healing sound journey using crystal singing bowls, voice, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. This session supports integration, soothing of the nervous system, and a return to inner harmony.

Natalie Juul is a trained sound healer and facilitator with over a decade of experience in creating safe, transformative spaces for healing and connection.

Walk through the first small yard to enter the second (larger) backyard. We’re in the back house, top floor—look for the DoYoga sign at the entrance.
Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
No prior experience is needed. Everyone is welcome.
