Nervous Nikki and the Chill Pills are an indie rock band based in the suburbs of Philly led by drummer and vocalist Nicole Bauza. Sonically, they orbit in a unique asteroid belt of influences; a seldom-seen place where rock and roll, hip hop, and folk music float together in unison. Together Nicole, Nathan, Doug, and Kendal bring you punchy bass lines, melodic guitar riffs, and group singing powered by raw emotion.
About Maria Mirenzi:
Maria Mirenzi is a Philly-based indie alt-rock singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Maria sings you a story with hazy, emotive vocals and an electric guitar in hand, hoping you can relate. Her songwriting is semi-autobiographical, haunting yet whimsical, constantly bouncing between hope and despair. Inspired by artists like Neko Case, Hayley Williams and Andy Shauf, Maria captivates audiences with her narrative lyricism and rich harmonic world.
Her debut EP (to be released in the fall of 2025) is in collaboration with producer and Grammy award-winning recording engineer Matt Poirier. Maria’s music has been featured on WXPN, she has opened for punk rock legend, Bob Mould, and has recorded with artists Mewithoutyou, Bedolina and Pat Parker.
About Waltzy:
An eclectic mix of folk, rock and punk. Waltzy’s confessional lyrics, along with her attitude and wistfulness, commands the stage to tell a story with sounds.
