About this Event
neoResus First Response Program

neoResus First Response Program comprises a theoretical learning component and a practical (skills based) training program.

Venue: Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne, HELP Centre

The Health and Learning Precinct (HELP) is located on Level 1 of the main building at RCH.

Please review the COVID-19 requirements for attending a face-to-face NeoResus program at the Royal Children's Hospital (below) before booking this program.

Time: 9:00 to 12.00pm

Pre requisite

Completion of the neoResus Online Course.

(Information is provided in your registration confirmation email)

The course should be completed prior to attending this face-to-face program.

Refunds

Refunds will be provided at the absolute discretion of RCH and must be submitted in writing. Requests for refunds should be emailed to [email protected]

Waitlist (for fully booked dates)

If the date you wish to attend is fully, booked, please add your name to the waitlist on the Eventbrite page. If a position becomes available, those on the waitlist will be offered a position in order of the list.

COVID-19 Safe requirements

Attending face-to-face NeoResus training programs at the Royal Children's Hospital

  • A mask is no longer mandatory.
  • Stay at home if you have COVID-19.
  • Get tested if you have symptoms (You can attend if you do not have COVID-19. You will need to wear an N95 mask and isolate when consuming food and drink).

There is ample parking for visitors at the Royal Children's Hospital.

Please note: Due to the current COVID-19 screening requirements, you can only access the hospital via the Yellow Lifts from the car park.


Public Transport

There is tram stop right outside the hospital on Flemington Road,

To get to the hospital from the city, take

  • Tram 59 from Flinders Street Station (in Elizabeth Street)
  • Tram 58 from Toorak via William Street, City

To get to the hospital toward the city , take

  • Tram 59 from Airport West
  • Tram 58 from West Coburg

Tram and train tickets can be purchased from the RCH retail Wood Ph*rm*cy, located in Main Street.
