Led by Shelay Matrix the owner of Matrix Movements, and Wesleigh Jane the founder of Sisters Protect.

Set to a curated neo-soul soundtrack (the kind that hits), this gentle, breath-led yoga flow is designed to regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and bring you back into your body. Slow. Grounded. Intentional.
