Too often, conversations around neurodiversity at work stay at awareness level. That matters, but awareness alone doesn't improve performance, leadership, workplace culture, or outcomes.

NEDs Fest exists to move the conversation forward.

This is a space for honest discussion, practical ideas, lived experience, and fresh thinking around what it really takes to help neurodivergent people thrive at work and in life.
