This workshop supports Black early career to mid-level professionals in understanding the full recruitment journey, from application through to offer.
The session breaks down each stage of the process, including CV development, applications, interviews, and employer decision-making, alongside practical tips and best practices to help candidates stand out at every step. It also provides insight into how employers assess talent and what makes a strong application.
Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the recruitment process, improved confidence in presenting their experience, and practical strategies to progress successfully from application to offer.
