A 10-week programme of gentle, nature-based workshops at our city centre market garden.
This programme is designed for anyone who would benefit from a slower pace and a supportive environment.
Over 10 weeks, you will engage in hands-on activities that focus on wellbeing, social connection, and learning new skills in a garden setting.
Whether you are recovering from illness, managing limited mobility, or looking to reduce social isolation, these sessions offer a low-pressure way to spend time outdoors and engage with the local community.

You are welcome to join for the full 10-week journey or attend one or more individual sessions. Booking in advance is required so we can manage group sizes and ensure enough materials are prepared for everyone.
