5 course tasting menu:
•Tuna tataki tiradito: Tuna in ponzu yuzu citrus dressing, spicy mayo, bonito flakes, crispy leeks & toasted sesame seeds
•Peruvian Sea bass ceviche: Wild sea-bass cured in aji amarillo tiger’s milk, lime,crispy toasted corn, green plantain, choclo & micro coriander
•Ecuadorian roasted pork belly: 4-hour roasted pork belly, pico de gallo, silky mashed served with peanut sauce
