About this Event
Explore London’s smallest botanical garden. Highlights include unusual bulbs, ferns, flowering trees, and roses. Wild flowers flourish beside medicinal herbs. Scented, native, and woodland plants are featured, growing among rare trees and shrubs. There is also a collection of succulents in our greenhouse.
We are opening up the house and garden as part of the National Garden Scheme. Browse the botanical library and take part in plant activites for all ages. The SLBI has been here for more than 110 years and has always supported the SLBI’s original aim to promote curiosity and knowledge about plants among local people.
