Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and step into a space designed for deep rest, gentle movement and nervous system reset.
The Nap Club Sunday Reset Retreat is a half-day immersive experience where you’ll be guided through a beautiful balance of Yin & Yang — combining mindful movement with deeply restorative practices.
This is your invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
✨ What to expect
Throughout the afternoon, you’ll be guided through:
• Mindful Mat Pilates to gently awaken and strengthen the body
• Deeply restorative Yin Yoga to release tension and invite softness
• A calming tea ritual with herbal blends
• A beautiful candle ritual and guided meditation
• An immersive sound healing journey for deep rest and integration
• Time for journaling, reflection and stillness
You’ll also be welcomed with a small energy shot on arrival and nourishing snacks during the retreat.
🌿 This retreat is for you if you:
• Feel in need of rest and reset
• Want to slow down and reconnect with your body
• Are feeling overwhelmed or constantly “on the go”
• Love Yin Yoga, meditation, or sound healing
• Are curious about creating more balance between movement and stillness
No experience is needed — this is a warm, welcoming and inclusive space for all levels.

This retreat is designed to be a gentle and supportive space for rest and movement. However, if you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are currently pregnant, please consult with your GP or healthcare professional before attending.
By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during the retreat, and you are encouraged to move at your own pace and rest whenever needed.

This will be done in a mindful and respectful way, with a focus on the space, details, and overall experience — no faces or private conversations will be recorded.
