This hands-on, full-day course is designed for beginners with little or no experience, giving you a strong foundation to confidently start creating professional balloon décor.
You’ll learn the core techniques behind popular designs including balloon bouquets, garlands and arches, while building the practical skills that underpin all balloon work. Alongside this, the course covers essential industry knowledge to help you operate safely and professionally from day one.
Beyond design, we focus on the real-world aspects of running a balloon business, including job costing, pricing, marketing basics, and health & safety, so you leave with both creative and commercial confidence.
You’ll also gain insight into how NABAS can support you with insurance, supplier access, and ongoing business resources.
By the end of the day, you’ll have created a range of designs to photograph for your portfolio and take home.
