Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Ruth O’Shea - violin & Linda Stocks - cello) play a Café Concert on the last Friday of each month (Jan-Nov) at 1pm at St John's Church Hall: informal music events in the community, with a pop-up café open from 12.15pm where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and home-made cakes, and enjoy live music.This month’s programme is inspired by spirits and creatures of legend, including a mermaid, a water sprite, elves, a Greek God and a ghost. Music by Handel, Gershwin, Henriette Renié, Rebecca Clarke and William Bolcom.
Concerts last c45mins and entrance is by pay-what-you-feel donation. An RSVP via our website www.trioparadis.com is very much appreciated though not essential. Turn up early to be sure of a table, as these concerts are popular…
