MYT x Spring Fertility: Pilates and Mingle!

Join Meet You There SF, Spring Fertility, and MNT Pilates Studio for an intentional evening of movement, connection, and open conversation.

This event is designed for women in their late 20s and beyond who are thinking about their future, whether that’s understanding their fertility, exploring options, or simply becoming more informed about their bodies.

We’ll begin with a FREE relaxed, non-alcoholic “Yappy Hour” from 5:00–6:30 PM, elevated NA beverages and light bites. This is a safe, welcoming space for free-flowing, judgment-free conversations with the team and fertility doctors from Spring Fertility.

We'll be doing a Q&A at 5:45 PM with Dr. Julia Kim, a triple Board-Certified as a Reproductive Endocrinologist/Fertility Specialist, OBGYN, and Technical Supervisor in Embryology. Dr. Kim is a physician partner at Spring Fertility San Francisco and serves on Spring’s national leadership team as Director of Physician Integration and Clinical Services! At 6:30 PM, we’ll transition into two donation based Pilates class options at MNT Studio:

• Reformer Class (15 spots)
• Mat Class (22 spots)

Both classes will run from 6:30–7:20 PM.

Spots are first come, first served based on ticket selection and availability. Once classes fill, additional guests will be added to a waitlist.

A few days before the event, we’ll email you your assigned reformer or mat space number (we can also confirm onsite).

Spots are limited and expected to fill! Please note: All tickets are non-refundable. Because of limited class capacity, only sign up if you can 100% attend. If an emergency comes up, you are responsible for transferring your ticket to another member (you’re welcome to use the ticket swap thread in the group chat to coordinate).
