Making Values Visible: Removing Fear and Fantasy from Parenting and Parenting from Facts, Goals and Values
About this Event

The California International Reggio Center (CIRC) is pleased to partner with experienced educator and parent coach Darcy Campbell.

Join us for Making Values Visible: Removing Fear and Fantasy from Parenting and Parenting from Facts, Goals and Values. This is the fourth and final event in this year's series of parent workshops.

To parent and honestly and mindfully means that we commit to being aware of our own thoughts, beliefs and actions and parent from facts: who we are, who our children are, and from our value and goals. As a result of removing fear and fantasy from our parenting we become more able to accurately, lovingly guide, empower, and protect our children and give them the skills to create and participate in a world we want to exist. This workshop will offer you tools and questions so that you may mindfully, responsively, respectfully, be in the presence of children… and in doing so, change the world!
