My Journey to the DAR by the Bethel Dukes Branch of ASALH
On March 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST, the Bethel Dukes Branch presents “My Journey to the DAR,” a compelling discussion centered on genealogy, ancestral recovery, and historical preservation.
Yvonne Liser, State Regent for the DAR, will share her personal journey of tracing and recovering her ancestors and explain how others can begin their own family history research. She will also discuss involvement with the DAR, the archival materials maintained by the organization, and its ongoing community activities.
Understanding our lineage is a powerful step toward preserving our collective history.
