Perfect in the Present is a thoughtfully curated Pilates and self-care experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and honor yourself exactly as you are, not who you’re working to become.
In a culture that constantly asks us to optimize, strive, and prepare for the next version of ourselves, this experience offers something different: a pause. A reminder that if we never achieve another goal, we are already whole.
The evening begins with a short guided journaling reflection to ground you in the present moment, followed by a Pilates class led by a certified instructor. After movement, guests will enjoy elevated, nourishing refreshments prepared by Chef Temple Onuigbo, offering a moment to reset, refuel, and connect.
You’ll then return to your mat for a reflective self-care exercise designed to explore what supports you now and what you may want to carry forward without pressure, urgency, or expectation.
This is not about pushing, fixing, or becoming.
It’s about arriving.
