Vibroacoustic Sound Immersion & AcuWellness

An Evening of Nervous System Reset, Emotional Release & Deep Restoration

Join us for a deeply restorative evening blending AcuWellness, a clinically recognized 5-point ear acupuncture protocol, with vibroacoustic sound immersion led by sound practitioner Max Brasseal of Vibe Temple.

This unique experience combines the stabilizing effects of AcuWellness with intentional sound and vibration to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep rest. Together, these modalities create a grounded, trauma-informed container for recovery, integration, and overall well-being.

What Is AcuDetox / AcuWellness?

AcuDetox is a widely used, trauma-informed ear acupuncture protocol that gently stimulates five specific points on each ear. Originally developed to support addiction recovery, it is now used internationally to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and restore emotional balance.

This 5-point protocol is known to support:

  • Stress and anxiety reduction
  • Emotional regulation and trauma recovery
  • Addiction and craving support
  • Improved sleep and mood stability
  • Overall physiological balance and resilience

Why AcuWellness + Vibroacoustic Sound?

AcuWellness helps quiet the stress response and bring the nervous system into a more regulated state. When the body is settled in this way, vibroacoustic sound—delivered through low-frequency resonance, harmonic tones, and sustained vibrational fields—can be received more fully and integrated more deeply.

Together, these modalities may support:

  • Faster settling of the nervous system
  • Deeper access to rest, stillness, and meditative states
  • Gentle emotional release and somatic unwinding
  • Greater integration and longer-lasting effects

Rather than stimulating or cathartic, this experience is designed to be grounding, supportive, and non-overwhelming, honoring the body’s natural capacity to regulate and restore.

This event Is Especially Supportive for Those Experiencing:
  • Chronic stress or burnout
  • Anxiety or emotional overwhelm
  • Trauma or grief
  • Addiction recovery or nervous system dysregulation
  • A desire for deep rest, clarity, and reconnection

Come as you are. Leave feeling more grounded, regulated, and restored.
