About this Event
The Wim Hof Method (WHM) combines breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset protocols to detox and reset the mind and body. This scientifically-backed technique is shown to boost immunity, lower inflammation, detox the body, provide a hormonal balance, improve mental health, and improve perceived wellbeing by practitioners.
This workshop will review the science and physiology behind breathwork, cold plunging, and mindset protocol. You will be guided through 4 rounds of Wim Hof Method Breathwork, a 1:1 cold plunge, and provide opportunities for Q&A to help you understand how the WHM will serve you best.
It will be led by Anna Curtis, a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor and yogi. Anna has taught around the world and United States, offering workshops in Bali, Dubai, and across states such as California and Colorado. She has leaned into practices such as cold exposure and breathwork to help recover from major injusries and post-concussion after 11 years of competitive gymnastics, and travels to inspire others to embrace their body's natural resilience, healing, and vitality to live with more joy, strength, and confidence.
