We certainly have fond memories from our Moffatt days in Malaysia and the incredible city of Kuala Lumpur. A special memory was one of our first ever Platinum Sales Awards presented to us in a beautiful hand carved plaque. In addition our concerts in KL are always sold-out and the local teams putting on the sound and light shows are sensational.
But it’s the people of Malaysia that make that country so special and close to our hearts - because as a nation the people are always so kind and courteous ????
But we have more ties and memories of Malaysia. Back in 2005 our duo was called Same Same and we recorded a song with a wonderful Malaysian artist named Jacklyn Victor -
In 2020 we came to Malaysia to film a video, but the weather wouldn’t cooperate so this time we will give it another shot - fingers crossed because Malaysia is such a beautiful country. We may also look to do a collaboration with one of Malaysia’s superstar artists.
