The Otter Valley Association formed a campaigning group called ORCA to fight for improvements in the quality of the river Otter.Polluted by South West Water and poor agricultural practices, this team has now been testing the river, engaging with local MP's, local councils, the Environment Agency, South West Water and other interested groups.
