Mums & Bubs Yoga at Spirit Stretch is a low-impact 'yogalates' matwork class for postnatal mamas to work out alongside their little bubs.
The best news? The studio is an immersive experience.. so it'll be perfect for keeping your little ones entertained too.
Perfect for mums with little ones aged 6 weeks to pre-crawlers (you can come if your little one is crawling you just may not get as much yoga done and instead more chasing your baby!)
The little bubs will spend part of the class in your arms, and will also enjoy some mat time with mama. Designed as a safe space for our mama community, feel free to pause for milk feeds in class, step out to change a diaper, or just let the little bubs roam and hang out with one another.

I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in these classes. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Wellbub or their partners or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in these activities.
