Speaker Profile:

Dexter Tan is a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Phillip Securities Pte Ltd. Prior to joining the firm, Dexter was a Client Portfolio Manager at Eastspring Investments. He also held roles at iFast Financial Pte Ltd and the NUS Risk Management Institute where he led a team of analysts in fixed income and quantitative credit research, covering SGD and USD bond issuers. Before that, he was a hedge fund analyst performing due diligence on hedge funds including distressed debt fund managers. Dexter has 17 years of financial industry experience. He received the Master of Science in Statistics from the National University of Singapore and has met the requirements of the CAIA Charter.

Mr Vince Koh joined Phillip Securities in 2017 and is currently managing Investment and Insurance Portfolios for clients of Phillip Investor Centre (Raffles City Branch). He attained his Certified Financial Planner Certification (CFP) in 2017 and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) in 2019. In 2020, he completed his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) with the Singapore College of Insurance. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Nanyang Business School. He is also a MDRT Qualifying member. In addition, he is also a multiple qualifier of the Flying Start Incentive Trip from 2018 to 2025.
