Mum & Baby Walk in the Park

Join us this Saturday for a relaxed walk around beautiful Regent’s Park.

This is a gentle chance for mums to get some fresh air, meet other local mums and babies, and ask questions to a women’s health osteopath about recovery, posture, feeding positions, aches, and anything else on your mind.

We’ll stroll together around the park, chat, and connect in a supportive space for mums.

📍We will meet at 16 Glentworth St, our women's health clinic, and make our way over to Regent's Park together
