Join us for a fun, upbeat mummy & baby fitness class designed to get you moving, smiling and feeling good — with your baby right by your side.
This is a feel-good workout that combines energising movement, simple strength exercises and light cardio, all set to uplifting music in a relaxed, baby-friendly environment.

- A fun, full-body workout (low impact, high vibes)
- Strength, toning and light cardio
- Exercises you can do with or alongside your baby/toddler
- Plenty of breaks for feeds, cuddles and giggles
✔ Suitable for postnatal mums (from 6 weeks+)
✔ All levels welcome
✔ Babies are welcome throughout - crying, feeding and changing totally fine
✔ Mums welcome to come alone too
