Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors - did you know that we have a "Great Lakes version" of the beloved Axolotl? It is called a Mudpuppy! Come out and join the Naturalists at Belle Isle Nature Center to learn all about them!Take a deep dive into the fascinating life history of the Michigan version of the axolotl! We will participate in a river walk along the Detroit River to learn about various conservation efforts being conducted to help preserve this important Great Lakes indicator species.
