The Focus Is You - Men's Group Discussion & Therapy

This is a group therapy session but in general an opportunity to share, connect and build with other Black men. We let the conversation flow based on relevant topics. No personal info pressured to be shared. A licensed mental health practitioner will be present if needed for support and guidance.
