Our Wednesday session is a structured Muay Thai class designed to reset your body and sharpen your mind midweek. Whether you’re new to striking or already training, this session blends technique, pad work, controlled partner drills, and conditioning in a focused but welcoming environment.

This is not a commercial gym class.
It’s a community-led session with limited spots to keep the coaching personal and the energy strong.
