About this Event
In preparation for the kick off of our upcoming Learn to Skate program (aka Fresh Meat), we are hosting a virtual onboarding session to welcome YOU! We are inviting anyone to join if they are interested in learning to skate or joining our league as a skater, referee, non-skating official, or general volunteer. All genders welcome!
Our team leadership will walk you through all you need to know about joining Fresh Meat. How to play roller derby, what you can expect from the program, how to prepare, and what we need from you to join. You will also have the chance to meet your fellow classmates and ask us anything you would like to know.
LITERALLY ASK US ANYTHING:
- Figure out what skates and gear to buy to start your skating journey
- Get the inside scoop on the 2025 season
- Learn about upcoming league events
- Whatever you want to know about roller derby or learning how to skate.
