Polish Comfort Food with Claudia Dabrowski

Join the Park Slope Food Coop and guest chef Claudia Dabrowski for a taste of her Polish heritage. Claudia will demonstrate how to make Krokiety, one of her all-time favorite dishes for Wigilia, the Polish Christmas Eve celebration. "Each time I bite into one, I’m reminded of the warmth and comfort of family coming together for the evening." Krokiety are a traditional Polish holiday dish of savory cabbage, wrapped in a delicate crepe, coated in breadcrumbs, and fried.
